Terms & Conditions

  • These terms govern registration for the North Zone Conference of the Indian Menopause Society 2026 (“the Conference”), to be held on 19–20 September 2026 at the Radisson Blu Jammu (Radisson Square, Narwal Bala Bypass, Jammu 180006), organised by the Jammu Menopause Society with the Dept. of OBG, SMGS Hospital, GMC Jammu (“the Organisers”).
  • A registration is confirmed only after the applicable category fee is received in full.
  • Post Graduate and Under Graduate rates require valid proof of current PG/UG status, to be produced at the venue.
  • Delegates should carry their registration confirmation for entry; the conference kit and certificate of participation are issued on attendance.
  • The Organisers may, where necessary, amend the programme, speakers, venue or schedule, and will communicate any material change to registered delegates.
  • By registering you agree to be contacted by the Organisers (WhatsApp, call or email) regarding your registration and the Conference.
  • Fees cover conference participation only and do not include travel or accommodation unless expressly stated.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
  • A confirmed registration may instead be transferred to another eligible delegate. To request a transfer, email the secretariat (below) with both delegates’ details before the Conference.
  • If the Conference is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organisers, registered delegates will be offered a refund or the option to carry their registration to the new dates.
  • Any refund approved by the Organisers is made to the original payment method, normally within 7–10 working days.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect only the details you enter on the registration form (name, age, gender, contact and professional details, and category) and use them solely to process your registration and communicate with you about the Conference.
  • The registration fee is paid directly to the Society by UPI or bank transfer. We collect your transaction reference and a payment screenshot only to verify your registration — we do not collect or store your card or bank login details.
  • We do not sell your information. We share it only as needed to deliver the Conference (e.g. with our payment processor) or where required by law.
  • To access, correct or delete your details, contact the secretariat.
